Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address and password (for sign-in).
• Anything you choose to add in onboarding: display name, position, birth year, profile photo.
• Your training measurements, captured by your coach during sessions.

Onboarding fields are optional. If you skip them we show a "?" placeholder.

How we use it

• To show you your card and stats.
• To send transactional emails (welcome, account deletion code).
• To compare you to club averages, but only if you turn on "Share my results with my club".

We never sell your data. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers in the portal.

Your rights (EU GDPR)

• Withdraw club sharing any time in Settings.
• Edit or remove your profile photo / position / age / name any time in Settings.
• Permanently delete your account in Settings. You'll need to confirm with a code we email you.
• Ask us for an export of your data — email skillcard@skillcard.pro.

Hosting

Your data is stored on a Supabase (PostgreSQL) instance hosted in the EU. Profile photos are stored in Supabase Storage on the same instance.
